Enquiry & Proposal

The process begins with your enquiry. Once we understand your project, we’ll provide a clear fee proposal. When you're happy to proceed, we move forward.

Onboarding & Project Setup

You’re assigned a dedicated project manager who will gather everything we need from camera angles and drawings to material references. A 50% deposit and mobilisation invoice are issued at this stage.

Clay Render Phase

Once the initial invoice has been paid and we’ve received all necessary project details, we begin the clay render process. This takes approximately 3–4 business days.

Angle & Key Element Review

Clay drafts are sent for your review. You confirm camera angles and key elements. A prompt 0.5 business day response helps us maintain momentum.

Colour Rendering & Revisions

Once feedback is received, we begin the colour rendering phase (3–4 business days). Revisions continue until you're fully satisfied.

Final Delivery & Sign-off

Upon approval, we prepare the final 4K images (1–2 business days) and issue the final 50% invoice. Once settled, we deliver your completed visuals, ready for use.

01. How long does a CGI take?

Most 3D visualisation images take around 7–10 business days from start to finish. This includes clay drafts, revisions, and final delivery. Timelines can vary slightly depending on complexity and client response times.

02. What do you need from me to get started?

We’ll need drawings (plans, elevations), material references, and a general idea of the camera angles you’d like. Don’t worry, your project manager will guide you through exactly what’s needed.

03. Can you work to a specific budget?

Yes, we aim to be flexible. If you have a set budget or a number of visuals in mind, let us know and we’ll recommend the best approach to maximise value without compromising on quality.

04. Do I get a chance to review the work before it’s final?

Absolutely. You’ll receive clay drafts for angle approval, followed by colour drafts for feedback and revisions. Nothing is final until you’ve signed off and you’re 100% happy.
